Jayme began exploring yoga about 20 years ago as a complement to exercise. Eventually, she realized the depth that yoga offers beyond movement and poses; the practice of yoga helps her handle stress better and move through life with more harmony. She strives to create practices that are accessible, inclusive, intentional and exploratory so that one can access their own inner strength, resiliency and functional mobility.
She is continuing her yoga education at the Maryland University of Integrative Health, working towards a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy.
Jayme is a yoga teacher with Point of Light non-profit organization in Bel Air. She previously volunteered with the Connected Warriors Program, offering free yoga to Veterans, First Responders and their family members.
Jayme is also a Licensed Physical Therapist. While not practicing or teaching yoga, she enjoys reading/learning, walking, spending time in nature, traveling and cooking. She lives in Bel Air with her husband-David, Son-Andrew, Daughter-Audrey, Dog-Cooper and Cat-Buddy.
