    Heated, energetic flow - expect movement, heat, and a good, honest sweat.

  • Non-Heated Evolution Power

    I want strength + flow without the heat

    Strong sequences + steady pacing - you’ll build heat from the inside out (no room heat needed).

    I want slow + steady

    Meditation + breathwork + longer holds - slower and more intentional (and slow does not mean easy).

At Love Evolution Studio, we’ve created a fun, approachable space where everyone can practice comfortably. We’re a community-centered yoga studio that prioritizes connection and acceptance first and then the yoga naturally follows.

When you walk through our doors, the hope is that you immediately feel welcomed, supported, and seen. The teachers at LES aren’t “staff” - they’re family. Our community partners feel like extended family too. One of the greatest compliments we’ve ever received is that our studio feels like home.
