An introduction to yoga asana, welcoming beginners & experienced practitioners. Classes will emphasize alignment, breath, mind-body connection and variations of postures to promote an empowered and optimal practice. We will explore a variety of postures, from the ground up, to promote strength, balance and mobility, including sun salutations and Savasana. This will be an interactive experience to ensure individual needs are being addressed.
It is recommended that you attend the entire series as the classes build upon themselves weekly to create a solid foundation.

Week 1- Floor Based Poses; Intro to Importance of Breath, Including Linking Breath & Movement; Introduction to Savasana.
Week 2- Continuation from Week 1; Standing Poses; Sun Salutations
Week 3- Continuation of Week 1 & 2; Balance Poses
Week 4- Integration of Previous Weeks to a Practice
